January 2021 Largely as the result of yours/ Zoe’s/ Geneviève’s stuff and the series of Longevity videos I have just started doing some extra exercises with a Hungarian personal trainer. Added to this I have started to take quite a few supplements including one called 8Greens and another called Bionor Immunity Boost alongside daily blueberries. As you know I always cook everything from scratch and don’t buy ready made food (except for the occasional pizza and frozen chips!). I don’t of course notice any difference in my polymyalgia and I might still need to use steroids to get rid of it, but I am trying to reduce inflammation as much as I can while doing more regular daily exercise.
